1 Pick an item - qualified for Express 48 service.
2 Submit & approve Sales Order & Art Proof by 3pm (CST).
3 Your order ships in 48 hours at no additional cost.
• Express 48 must be designated on the order.
• Express 48 is available from catalog 1st column quantities to catalog end quantity.
• Sales Order & Art Proof must be approved by 3:00 PM (CST).
• Orders must be sent to email@example.com or fax (713) 666-4142.
• Artwork must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Significant artwork adjustments
Please allow one additional business day if you require HG to make extensive adjustments to your artwork. This might include clean-up, touch-up, typesetting, or other adjustments.
• Orders received on weekends, holidays and Friday after 3:00 PM CST will be processed as if received on the next business day.
• HG will make every effort to accept all qualifying orders for Express 48 service. However, Express 48 service is not guaranteed and is subject to availability based on production capacity and product availability.
• Contact customer service for lead times that include:
- larger quanties (over catalog end quantity)
- more than 5 drop ships
- multiple imprint methods
- multiple imprint locations
- other special handling
